An important fact: A developer does not offer discounts to buyers who forgo the services of a real estate agency; the price remains the same. However, without our support, you lose access to numerous benefits. In Thailand, sales are consistently handled by a real estate agency, with state-regulated fees and commissions.

In such cases, the process can be very quick. If the client decides to buy and reserves the property, the entire transaction can be completed within a month, but it is more standard to close the deal within two months. The most important thing is for the client to come for property viewings as soon as possible and to familiarize themselves with the location. We do not pressure any client into anything, but the market in Thailand is very dynamic and quality properties sell very quickly, so what is available at the time we send you an offer may not be available if you decide to wait longer before coming to view the property.
